🪩 Bigger is not better. We intentionally keep our in-person networking events under 30 women so that every woman has a chance to introduce herself to the group and there’s a better chance at remembering who everyone is along with what they do. We do host other events and socials for larger groups!

🪩 Collaboration over competition. We are non-exclusive, although we do limit the number of women in each category. We believe you should have a choice on who you refer to other and whom you do business with.

🪩 Attention on the attendees. We do not have guest speakers at our networking events. We believe these events are for networking. Building community, growing relationships, getting to know, like and trust each other. We shine the spotlight on the attendees during our introductions and testimonials portions of the event. ✨

🪩 Support, Uplift, Empower. We believe in building each other up and we rise by lifting others. There is no space with us for putting down others or they way they do things.

We provide opportunities for you to get to know at least two other women during our networking events and after to get to know each other better, ask questions about each other’s businesses and explore opportunities for collaboration.
