Hey, I’m Amy Thomas—mom, wife, and multi-passionate entrepreneur. I own a few businesses, but my heart and passion live in empowerment photography. Through my business Flow State of Mind Media, I create a space where women can show up as themselves—whether that’s bold, quiet, soft, wild or somewhere in between.

I don’t do stiff or overly posed. I photograph real women in real seasons of life, and my goal is always to help you feel seen, beautiful, and powerful. Whether it’s boudoir, branding, or just a moment you want to remember—what I capture is you… not just what you look like, but who you are.

Beyond the camera, I’m a big believer in community and connection. I help plan retreats and events for women that are full of intention, laughter, and real talk. I love creating spaces where people feel safe, inspired, and supported.

As the Vibe Queen of the Badass Boss Babe Club, I bring the selfie stick, the laid back vibe, the support, and the hype when you need it most. I'm all about helping other women show up for themselves and their dreams, just like I’m doing with mine.
