I am dedicated to bringing forth a message of creative liberation from stages with my original band Slushbox®, and in coaching sessions with clients. An ever-evolving life rejuvenation and liberation comes from tapping into one's own wellspring of potential. My clients are dedicated professionals, empty nesters, and those near or in retirement. They have now done such things as auditioning and joining choirs, performing in shows across the country, playing pianos that were previously silent in their own living rooms, and fulfilling bucket-list activities featuring their own creative process coming out!!! As a late bloomer myself, I've healed from obesity, shyness, and toxic codependency. I have accomplished my dreams of being a performing songstress, and I have won awards, and had world-wide performances from doing so. Now I share these possibilities so the world becomes a better place.
