Who is Badass Boss Babe Club for?

What is the difference between Club and Collective?
Club Membership ($22/month) is the everyday container. Coffee Chats, Co-Working Sessions, Connections Events, Challenges, Courses, the Club Lounge, the Ambassador program, Boss Credits, and your premium Member Directory profile. Collective Membership ($55/month) is the inner circle. Everything in Club plus Group Coaching programs and Collectives (mastermind-style experiences). Both unlock the moment you join.
What are Boss Credits?
Boss Credits are our loyalty currency. You earn them by showing up. Attending events, completing challenges, referring members, posting in the community. Credits are spendable in the Boutique on merch and tools. They run alongside our Impact Tier system, which tracks your contribution over time and unlocks visibility opportunities like Member Spotlights, Guest Speaker slots, Pink Carpet Interviews, and Podcast features.
What is the Ambassador program?
Every member gets a personal referral link the moment she joins, even Free Site Members. Free Site Members earn 5% on every paid membership that joins through their link. When you upgrade to Club or Collective Membership, you unlock Ambassador status and your rate jumps to 10%. Legendary tier members earn 15%. Sisterhood Leaders earn 20%. Auto-payout at $25 via Stripe Connect.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. No penalties. If you need to step away, you can also pause your membership and come back when you are ready. Send us a message through chat and we will take care of you.
How do I become a coach or a leader inside the Club?
Both paths are built into the platform. Coaches are invited to host programs inside the Club. The Sisterhood Leader application unlocks inside your dashboard once you meet the eligibility threshold (consistent participation, Impact Tier progression, and city interest). When you qualify, the application surfaces in your dashboard. Founder discretion always applies.
